1. About this policy

Gray Software Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Clock Solitaire. This policy applies to Clock Solitaire on Android and to this privacy page. Other apps, platforms, and third-party websites have their own policies.

2. Information and its uses

Game progress and preferences

The game stores settings, tutorial state, selected card backs, unlock progress, scores, wins, losses, play statistics, and review-request timing on your device. Advertising services also store applicable consent choices. These records support gameplay and your preferences. An active deal lasts only for the current session; the game does not provide a player account or its own cloud-save service.

The game does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location to play.

App analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app use and improve the game. The game sends events for app opens, game starts and completed runs, including outcome, cards cleared, run duration, points earned, total score, unlock counts, and whether a king was dissolved. These events do not include the identities or positions of individual cards, your name, or your email address.

Firebase may also process an app-instance or installation identifier, device and app information, approximate region, and automatic usage events such as first open, session start, and engagement. The app does not set a player account ID.

Advertising choices control advertising. This version does not offer a separate in-app analytics opt-out; choosing “Do not consent” in the advertising message does not turn off Firebase Analytics.

Diagnostics and store reviews

Google and its services may process crash, performance, and diagnostic information to operate and improve their services. Google Play may provide app-quality reports under its platform settings and policies. The game may ask Google Play to show its native review sheet. You can dismiss it; the game does not receive your rating, review text, or store identity from that sheet.

Support and this page

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate problems, maintain support records, and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

This page is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS may process IP addresses, browser information, and request metadata to deliver and secure it. This page contains no advertising, analytics scripts, account forms, remote fonts, or intentionally set cookies.

3. Ads and consent

Clock Solitaire uses Google AdMob for banner ads, ads between games, and optional rewarded videos. Completing an eligible King Dissolve video can let you dissolve the fourth king and continue once during that run. You can skip the offer and start another game. Classic gameplay is available offline; ads require a connection.

Google and advertising partners may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers where available, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, personalize ads where permitted, and protect against fraud and abuse.

Google’s User Messaging Platform provides consent controls where required. When available for you, open Settings → Privacy choices in the game to review or change your choices. You can consent, decline where offered, or manage individual purposes and partners. The consent form identifies participating partners and their purposes.

Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads. Google uses your stored choices to determine whether personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads are eligible. If you decline advertising consent, eligible limited ads may still appear without using personal data for personalization. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

Limited ads still use network information, including an IP address, to send ads to your device, and ad content may be cached. Programmatic limited ads are enabled for this app’s AdMob account; Google may use cookies or local storage solely for invalid-traffic detection and fraud prevention in that mode. Read Google’s explanation of limited ads.

4. Service providers

Information is processed by the following services for the purposes described above:

We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. Providers’ independent services are governed by their own privacy terms. Advertising disclosures may qualify as “sharing,” a “sale,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even without a payment for the information; the controls below apply where available.

5. Your choices and rights

  • Advertising: use the consent form and Settings → Privacy choices when available. Android’s system privacy settings also offer advertising-identifier controls. You can review Google’s own controls in My Ad Center.
  • Rewarded videos: watching a King Dissolve ad is voluntary. You can continue playing new games without accepting that offer.
  • Local information: clear the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstall it to remove local progress and preferences. This can permanently remove earned progress; device backups may restore it.
  • Privacy requests: contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, objections, or applicable opt-outs for information we control.

Your rights depend on where you live. To make a request, email mark@graysoftwaresolutions.com. We may need enough information to verify and locate a record. Because there is no player account, an email address alone may not identify a particular advertising or analytics installation. We use verification information to handle your request, and you can contact Google separately about information it controls.

Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent, appeal a decision, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

6. Retention and deletion

  • Local game data remains until normal gameplay replaces it, you clear app storage, or the app is uninstalled, subject to device backups.
  • Firebase Analytics: the current property retains event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. New user activity resets the user-data retention period. These settings do not limit most aggregated reports. Google may retain other information under its independent policies.
  • Advertising and consent records follow Google’s and its partners’ applicable settings and retention practices for ad delivery, consent, measurement, security, and legal obligations.
  • Support messages are retained as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support and security records, resolve disputes, and comply with law.

When information we control is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it, subject to legal and security requirements. Clearing app storage or uninstalling does not automatically delete information already processed by Google or remove aggregated reports. Use the privacy-request contact above for help with information associated with your use of the app.

7. Security and transfers

We use the security features of Android and our service providers, including encrypted connections for service traffic. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries with different privacy laws, using applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

8. Children

Clock Solitaire is intended for a general audience age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app or a support message, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Policy changes

We may update this policy when the app, our services, or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request consent where required.
