This Policy explains what information the Kinetic Workshop mobile game processes,
why it is used, when partners receive it, and the choices available to you.
Effective and last updated: August 24, 2026
No player accountThe game does not ask you to create an account or provide a name, phone number, or email address.
Progress stays localYour levels, stars, lives, settings, and fulfillment records are stored on your device.
Privacy-bounded analyticsFirebase Analytics measures app use and a limited game-progress funnel without a player account or app-set user ID.
Optional ads and purchasesGoogle, the app stores, and RevenueCat process limited data only when providing these features.
1. Scope and operator
Gray Software Solutions, LLC ("Gray Software Solutions," "we," "us," or "our")
operates Kinetic Workshop. This Policy applies to the Kinetic Workshop mobile app on
iOS and Android (bundle/application identifier com.gss.ballgame) and
to this Privacy Policy page.
This Policy does not govern third-party websites, app stores, or services that have
their own privacy policies. It also does not apply to other Gray Software Solutions
apps that link to a different policy.
2. Information we process
Game and preference data stored on your device
Kinetic Workshop stores information locally so the game can function, including:
completed levels, best star counts, tutorial state, and related progress;
remaining lives and the time used to regenerate lives;
audio, reduced-motion, and other gameplay or accessibility preferences;
advertising-consent and privacy-choice state when applicable;
limited native review-request timing and attempt counts; and
one-way hashed or opaque records used to prevent the same ad reward or purchase from being applied twice.
The game does not provide a player account or cloud save. Level layouts, ball paths,
positions, and trajectories are not uploaded as a player history.
Advertising and consent data
Kinetic Workshop uses Google AdMob only for an optional rewarded ad that can add one
life. The game has no banner ads or forced interstitial ads. Google and its advertising
partners may process an IP address and IP-derived approximate location, app interactions
such as launches, taps, and ad views, diagnostic or performance information, and device-
or app-bounded identifiers where available and permitted. Google User Messaging Platform
is used to collect and manage advertising-consent choices where required.
The current product baseline requests non-personalized ads. On iOS, the game explains and
then requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. If you choose Allow,
Google may use the device advertising identifier for ad attribution and measurement across
apps or websites. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, that identifier is not
available for tracking and the game continues to request non-personalized ads. The Android
build removes the advertising-ID and related ad-services permissions. An ad may still be
limited or unavailable depending on your region, consent choice, device, network, or
Google's eligibility decision. Declining tracking, an ad, or a privacy choice never blocks
normal play.
Life-refill purchases
Kinetic Workshop offers one optional consumable purchase that refills lives to the
current maximum. Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment. We do not receive
your full payment-card or bank-account details. RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous App
User ID, platform and device information, product and offering information, purchase
status, and store receipt, purchase token, or transaction information to request and
validate the purchase.
After a completed transaction, the app converts the platform purchase token or transaction
identifier to a one-way hash and stores only that hash in its local duplicate ledger before
applying the refill. The app does not persist or send the raw identifier as gameplay telemetry.
Important: Kinetic Workshop does not currently provide an account or cloud
save. The consumable refill and current life balance are device-local and are not promised to
survive an uninstall, app-data deletion, or transfer to another device.
Analytics, diagnostics, and reviews
Kinetic Workshop uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand whether people return and how
far they get through the game. Firebase may process an app-instance or installation
identifier, app and device technical information, a general region derived from an IP
address, and automatic events such as first open, session start, and app engagement. The
game also sends a limited progress funnel: screens and numbered levels reached; run starts
and categorical outcomes; bounded stars, drops, and progress totals; the final game phase;
optional ad and purchase outcome categories; and coarse performance buckets.
The game does not set a Firebase user ID and does not send a name, email address, free text,
raw ad or purchase identifiers, exact timestamps or run durations, input coordinates,
level layouts, positions, or trajectories. Firebase advertising storage, ad user data, and
ad personalization consent are denied by the app. Google Signals, granular location/device
collection, and advertising personalization are disabled in the Analytics property.
Development-only diagnostics are excluded from release builds. Apple and Google may also
provide store or device-vitals information according to your platform settings and their
policies.
The game may ask the operating system to show the native App Store or Google Play review
sheet after limited progress milestones. The game stores only local request cadence and does
not receive your rating, review text, store identity, or whether you dismissed the sheet.
Support communications
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments
you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, investigate problems, document
resolutions, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Please do not send payment-card
information or passwords.
This Privacy Policy page
This page is hosted using Amazon Web Services. AWS may process an IP address, browser or
device data, and request metadata as needed to deliver and secure the page. The page itself
contains no advertising, analytics scripts, account forms, or intentionally set cookies.
The app does not request your name, phone number, physical address, contacts, photos, camera,
microphone, health data, or precise GPS location as part of gameplay.
The current release does not request notification permission, register for push notifications,
or collect push-notification tokens.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
provide gameplay, save local progress and preferences, regenerate lives, and prevent duplicate fulfillment;
serve and secure an optional rewarded ad in accordance with applicable consent choices;
measure app retention, game progression, feature use, and coarse technical performance;
display a localized product, validate a requested purchase, and deliver the local life refill;
request the unmodified native store-review sheet at a limited cadence;
provide support and communicate about requests you initiate;
protect the app, players, providers, and the public from abuse or security incidents; and
comply with law, enforce our rights, and resolve disputes.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for advertising choices;
performance of a contract to provide a requested purchase or service; legitimate interests
in operating, securing, and supporting the app; and compliance with legal obligations.
4. When information is shared
We do not sell personal information for money. Information is disclosed only as described in
this Policy: to providers that operate requested app features, to app stores and advertising
partners, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger,
financing, acquisition, or sale of assets subject to appropriate protections.
Some privacy laws may define certain advertising disclosures as a "sale," "sharing," or use
for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. The current app requests
non-personalized ads and provides the controls described below.

AWS Privacy Notice
Providers acting on our behalf are expected to protect information consistently with their
contractual obligations and applicable law. Their independent products and services are also
governed by their own privacy terms.
5. Your choices and privacy rights
Apple tracking choice: On iOS, choose Allow or
Ask App Not to Track in Apple's system prompt. You can later change this
permission in iOS Settings. Denial does not block gameplay, Analytics using its app-instance
identifier, or the availability of a non-personalized rewarded ad.
Advertising consent: Use Google's consent controls when shown. If Google
requires a privacy-options form for you, open Settings in Kinetic Workshop
and select Privacy Choices. You may also use
Google My Ad Center
and device privacy controls where available.
Optional rewarded ads: You do not have to watch a rewarded ad. Skipping,
dismissing, or being unable to load one does not block normal play or timed life regeneration.
Purchases: You do not have to buy a life refill. Payment and purchase-history
controls are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Because this product is consumable
and fulfillment is device-local, Restore does not recreate a spent or lost life refill.
Local game data: You can remove locally stored game data by clearing the app's
data through your operating system or uninstalling the app. This can permanently remove your
progress, stars, settings, life balance, and local fulfillment ledger.
Analytics data: Because the game has no account and does not set a Firebase
user ID, we generally cannot identify a particular Analytics installation from an email
request alone. Clearing app data or uninstalling can reset local identifiers on supported
platforms, but it does not retroactively remove aggregate reports. You may contact us or
Google about applicable rights for data each party controls.
Native reviews: You may dismiss the platform review sheet and manage any
submitted review through the applicable app store.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion,
restriction, portability, or an explanation of personal information we control; withdraw
consent; object to certain processing; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; or
appeal a decision. You will not be discriminated against for exercising applicable rights.
To make a request, email us using the address below. Kinetic Workshop has no player account and
does not ask for direct identity information, so we may be unable to connect an email address to
a particular pseudonymous advertising, purchase, or installation record without additional
information. We will use only information reasonably necessary to verify and fulfill a request.
You may also contact the relevant provider directly for data it controls independently.
EEA, UK, and Swiss residents may lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.
California and other eligible U.S. residents may use the same contact method to exercise
applicable state-law rights and may designate an authorized agent where the law permits.
6. Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until replaced by normal app operation,
cleared through device controls, or removed by uninstalling, subject to operating-system backups.
Advertising and consent data is retained under Google's configured settings
and policies for the periods needed for consent, ad delivery, measurement, security, fraud
prevention, and legal obligations.
Firebase Analytics event and user-level data is configured for two-month
retention without extending that period when a user returns. Aggregated reports and data
retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or under Google's independent
policies may follow different periods.
Purchase records maintained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat are retained under
their policies and as needed for payment processing, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, and
legal obligations. The app's one-way duplicate hashes remain in local data until that data is cleared.
Support messages are retained for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the
request, maintain support and security records, and comply with law.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it unless continued retention is
required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
7. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the
information, including encrypted network transport, native store validation, one-way hashing for
selected transaction identifiers, and duplicate-safe local processing. No method of storage or
transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may
have different privacy laws from your country. Where required, transfers are made using recognized
legal mechanisms and contractual safeguards.
8. Children
Kinetic Workshop is intended for a general audience age 13 and older. It is not directed to
children under 13 and is not offered in an Apple Kids Category or as a child-directed Google Play
app under the current release baseline. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app or a
support request, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the app, providers, or legal requirements. We will
update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice or request renewed consent
when required. If personalized advertising, push notifications, accounts, cloud save, new
analytics categories, or other materially different data processing is introduced, this Policy and
applicable app-store disclosures will be updated before activation.
